Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a truck/motor vehicle workshop environment (non-negotiable)
- Understanding of fleet maintenance and workshop operations
- Proven experience in spare parts stock control and supplier management
- Excellent computer skills:
- MS Word
- MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
- MS PowerPoint
Strong
- Administrative, reporting, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Must be available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Allocation and stock control of all spare parts and workshop machinery
- Managing and reporting on the performance of the Workshop Team
- Allocation, coordination, and management of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Supplier sourcing, liaison, and performance management
- Monitoring turnaround times and workshop productivity
- Ensuring compliance with workshop cost controls, protocols & procedures
- Preparing workshop management reports and presentations
