Mohammed Moosa

Mohammed Moosa began his career at the Moosas Group in 2014, a childhood promise he made to work for his grandfather and uncle, to be a truck driver. While he never realised this “dream” of being a truck driver, he now heads the Fleet, Fuel, Refrigerated and Workshop departments. Mohammed diligently, through his hard work and commitment, has ensured he became the most knowledgeable person at the Moosa’s Group regarding the type of equipment needed to ensure the company receives the best possible return on investment.

With a firm focus on Fleet Management, a fundamental component to successful transport operations, Mohammed ensures the fleet is running optimally and efficiently throughout Cape Town and surrounding regions in the Western Province.

In addition, Mohammed had taken the initiative to diversify the Group’s offering by being instrumental in convincing his grandfather and uncle to invest in their first fuel tanker trailer in 2015. Fast forward to 2024, Moosa’s Group has built an exceptional network and reputation for Fuel distribution within the industry.

With his 10-year service, he has continued to commit to drive the company’s brand and presence further into the new era of reliable and efficient transport service.
